Why we're confident in every clean
You know the white chalky build-up inside your kettle? That's calcium from your tap water, left behind when the water evaporates. Your windows work the same way. Tap water dries and leaves those minerals on the glass as white spots.
We use pure deionised water with every mineral removed. When it dries, there's nothing left behind, just clean glass.

Common questions
- Why does pure water give better results than traditional methods?
- Standard tap water contains dissolved minerals (calcium, limescale and magnesium) that leave white spots and streaks when water evaporates on glass. Our purified water is filtered to near-zero dissolved solids, so it evaporates completely clean. There's no soap residue either, which means dirt is less likely to stick between cleans.
- How often should windows be cleaned?
- Every four to eight weeks suits most homes. Properties near busy roads, in areas with high tree pollen, or homes with young children tend to dirty faster and benefit from a more frequent schedule. We'll advise on what makes sense for your property.
- Can you reach high windows safely?
- Yes. Our water-fed pole system extends to reach third-floor windows safely from the ground, with no need for ladders or platforms on most domestic properties. This is also safer for us and carries less risk of damage to your window frames or walls.
- Do you clean inside windows too?
- Yes, on your regular round, priced per visit on the calculator. Your first inside clean is a deeper job (frames, sills and glass) at 3× your outside price; after that, insides on a regular visit are 2× your outside price. We use eco-friendly products indoors, and the longest we leave an inside clean is two months. Beyond that it counts as a first clean again.
- Do you offer a regular round service?
- Yes. Pay per visit, no contract, we return at your agreed interval and let you know when we've been. Your round runs at whatever frequency suits your home, 4-weekly, 8-weekly or 12-weekly.
