- How do I get a quote?
- Send us a few photos on WhatsApp or fill in our quote form. We'll get back to you quickly with a no-obligation price.
- Do prices depend on property size?
- Yes — prices depend on the size of your property, how easy it is to access, and the condition of the surfaces. We'll always give you a clear quote before any work starts.
- Are you fully insured?
- Yes — we carry full public liability insurance. Details are available on request.
- What areas do you cover?
- We cover Nottingham, Arnold, Mapperley, Gedling, Woodthorpe, Wollaton, Beeston, West Bridgford and surrounding areas. Not sure? Just ask.
- Do I need to be home when you visit?
- Not always. Most exterior work only requires access to the outside of the property — gates unlocked, bins moved if needed. We'll confirm exactly what's required when we book you in.
- How long does a job take?
- It depends on the service and the size of the property. Gutter clearing on a typical semi-detached usually takes under an hour. Window cleaning, driveway work, or a full exterior clean will take longer. We'll give you an estimated time when we quote.
- Do you clean up afterwards?
- Yes — we always tidy up as we go and leave the area clean before we leave.
- Can I book regular cleans?
- Yes. We offer regular scheduled cleans for window cleaning and gutter clearing — monthly, quarterly, or twice-yearly depending on the service. Regular customers get priority booking. Just let us know what you need and we'll set something up.
