Common questions
- How is conservatory cleaning priced?
- The glass, doors, frames, sills, gutters and downpipes are priced per pane and door on your regular round. Count them and it's exact. The roof is its own service: cleaned outside, inside, or both. Outside runs per panel by condition, confirmed from your photo. Around £10 a panel clean and maintained, more if it's been left; a lean-to is a little less. Inside is 2× the outside rate. It's ladder work indoors, with blinds and furniture to take care around. Take the full conservatory deal, glass and roof, inside and out, and the inside rate drops to 1.5×. Every price is confirmed from your photo before any work starts.
- Can you keep my conservatory roof clean on a regular basis?
- Often, yes, but not always, and we'll never promise it blind. What decides it is the condition, the foliage hanging over it, and what we can safely reach from the ground (our kit is pure-water poles and short ladders). If a roof needs big ladders or scaffolding we'll tell you straight. That's a different kind of job. Your first clean is where we see all of that, and then we'll say whether regular upkeep can join your visits, and what it costs.
- Will it damage the panels?
- No. We use the right brushes, pure water and a gentle technique for polycarbonate and glass. No harsh pressure on the panels.
- Do you clean the conservatory gutters too?
- Yes, the gutters around the conservatory are included, cleared so rainwater drains properly. And if you book a full-house gutter clearance alongside a conservatory clean, the conservatory's own lower gutters are cleared free.
