Why frequency changes the price
Our prices reward regular scheduled service, and there's real science behind it, not just loyalty.
Pure water leaves nothing behind
We clean with purified water, no detergent, no residue. Detergent residue is sticky and attracts dust; pure-water glass gives dirt nothing to bind to, so your windows stay cleaner between visits.
The effect lasts about 6–8 weeks
After roughly two months the protection has lapsed and grime starts bonding to the glass again. That two-month mark is built into everything we price, outside and inside.
So regulars pay less per visit
On a 4 or 8-weekly schedule we're maintaining clean glass, quick visits, lowest price. At 12 weeks every visit is close to a first clean, so it's priced just shy of one. Stay on schedule and the saving is yours.
Roofline cleaning, priced per side of your house
A side is one run of roofline, a mid-terrace has 2, most semis 3, a detached 4. Bungalows are the same price. Three-storey homes add £5 per side. Minimum job £60.
